Shipping policy

We process every order within 1-3 days, except if it's a pre-order that may take longer, we ship every week, and it takes from 3-7 days for the items to arrive through USPS.

The shipping cost for jewelry is $4.00 for the USA and Puerto Rico, this includes a tracking number, this way you can be sure where your item is at every time until arrival. During the holiday season, the price may rise according to USPS.

 

We are not responsible for a wrong address given to us, please understand that we are a small business and having to refund an item, because of the error of the consumer affects greatly our source of income.

Our packaging is eco-friendly, with no plastic whatsoever. We use small boxes and include a free cotton bag for you to store your jewelry.
